**Salary Range**: 10,000 QAR to 11,000 QAR per month

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Event Planning**: Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with client objectives and brand identity.

2. **Team Leadership**:Lead and inspire a team of event planners, designers, and coordinators to deliver exceptional results on every project.

3. **Creative Direction**: Provide visionary leadership in designing event layouts, themes, décor, and overall ambiance to captivate attendees.

4. **Client Management**: Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

5. **Budget Management**: Oversee event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising quality.

6. **Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary resources and services for flawless event execution.

7. **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the event planning and execution process.

8. **Innovation and Trends**: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations to continuously elevate the company's event offerings.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
1. **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or creative director role.

2. **Creative Expertise**: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute unique, engaging event experiences.

3. **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven track record of leading successful event teams.

4. **Client Focus**: Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to understand and exceed client expectations.

5. **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

6. **Flexibility**: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7. **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in event management software and familiar with technical aspects of event production.
