**Wire man requirements**:

- Should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in MV switchgear industries.
- should be able to read and understand control wiring diagram & single line diagram.
- should be able to understand electrical Bill of Material & Electrical symbols.
- should have knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier, measuring tape and scale.
- should have knowledge of types of lugs, types of wire, types of terminals & electrical control components.
- Always keep work area clean following 5S methods.
- preferable age is below 35 years.
- should be able to handle power tools.
- should be able to communicate properly.
- must be able to work with team and individually without any assistance.
- willingness to learn and work overtime when necessary.
