The responsibilities of the Inventory Assistant would include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Managing and verifying all receiving and issuing procedures.
- Recording wastage and spoilage.
- Scheduling and conducting stock takes in both the main and outlet stores.
- Monitoring deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained by setting minimum, maximum, and reorder levels.
- Tracking production and expiry dates of all store items.
- Verifying invoices and reconciling them with supplier statements.
- Handling store transfers and reconciling the records.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of one year of related experience in F&B using MC System
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database management
