Parking Attendant Responsibilities and Duties (OFFICE IS LOCATED IN AL KHOR & INTERVIEW)

Manage parking area and Assist all customers on how to use Electric Scooter and E-bikes

Ensure operation of all units efficiently for all units and make sure it's all clean and well maintained.

Manage all communication with the Operations supervisor and identify all visitors and riders violating rules and provide warnings to same.

Perform regular patrol on all parking levels and assist visitors to locate the units if required.

Manage and resolve all customer queries and perform repairs on all needed equipment if required.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and inform management in case of violations.

Evaluate parking to ensure optimal utilization of the area and maintain the safety of all guests.

Administer all cash collection for the facility and maintain knowledge of all prices for services and manage all emergencies.
