Job description

**Job Title: ICAPS Administrator**

We are seeking an **ICAPS Administrator** to oversee the **system completion database** for the an **Expansion Project** offshore. This role ensures the successful execution of system completion workflows, including handling ITRs, punch lists, and work packs, to meet project objectives safely and within scope, budget, and schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead system completion workflows** from engineering to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with the **ICAPS database**.
- ** Manage and update** system completion documentation, including ITRs, punch lists, and **commissioning procedures**.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of **Progress Reports**, reflecting actual progress.
- ** Facilitate Completion Walkdowns** during all project phases.
- Review and implement **commissioning system completion documents** from the EPC contractor.
- Identify and address **risks and challenges** in system completion, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Participate in **commissioning changes** and ensure they align with project goals, adjusting schedules and costs as necessary.
- ** Mentor trainees** and maintain a **register of lessons learned**.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree** or **Engineering degree** with experience in **system completion**.
- Minimum **8 years** working with **ICAPS** and **OPERCOM** methodologies in large-scale projects, especially in oil and gas.
- Experience in **system completion workflows**, handling **ITRs**, punch lists, and managing **commissioning processes**.
- Strong proficiency in **MS Office** and **ICAPS**.
- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills**, with the ability to work across teams and coordinate with contractors.
