**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Content Creation:_
- Plan, create, and execute **high-quality reels, photos, and videos** highlighting our services, events, and promotions.
- Produce **engaging Instagram Reels** and TikTok content that aligns with the latest trends and our spa's branding.
- Capture live spa moments, workshops, and events for compelling content creation.
- Manage the spa's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), ensuring they remain engaging and updated.
- Schedule posts, stories, and reels to maintain consistency and relevance.
- Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies to maximize audience growth and engagement.
- Marketing & Growth Initiatives:_
- Develop and nurture collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and partner brands to expand the spa’s reach.
- Coordinate and promote **workshops** and spa-hosted events that align with our focus on moms and babies.
- Build connections with like-minded businesses and communities to foster cross-promotional opportunities.
- Participate in identifying and submitting entries for relevant **awards or recognition** programs to enhance brand credibility.
- Brainstorm and propose new marketing ideas to increase footfall and client engagement.
- Create campaigns that connect people emotionally, emphasizing the essence of Bébélux Spa's values.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in creating trendy, engaging reels and short-form video content** for Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and strategies.
- Skills in content editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Marketing acumen with experience in fostering partnerships and organizing events.
- A proactive approach to building brand awareness and engagement.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and effective communication.
- Ability to work independently, plan schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time/full-time with flexible hours (to be discussed).
