We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Assistant. As the Purchase Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in purchasing and inventory management. The scope of work will be to control Purchasing Documents / File & Organize documents / Daily Scanning documents / daily filling up LPO list & check the payments / Daily official submission of LPO’s to suppliers / Coordinate with accounting and update Cheques lists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Copy, Scan & Store Documents
- Check for accuracy & and edit files
- Create templates for future use
- File documents in Physical & digital records
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentially around sensitive information & terms of agreement
- Update internal databases with details
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Prepare cost analyses
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Hands-on experience with any purchasing software (e.g. Procurify or SpendMap)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of market research
- Solid organizational skills
- Bachelors in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
