**Traffic Operations Manager with Roads Operations & Maintenance**
- The role requires _**significant leadership experience**_ _and _**people management skills, **_which have been developed in the _**road operations and maintenance services sector, **_with particular emphasis on health, safety, quality, and operational delivery._
- With ASHGHAL projects experience in operations & maintenance.
- Preferably with road experience in Qatar with Australian Road Maintenance and Operation.
- The role requires _**significant leadership experience**_ _and _**people management skills, **_which have been developed in the _**road operations and maintenance services sector, **_with particular emphasis on health, safety, quality, and operational delivery._
- With ASHGHAL projects experience in operations & maintenance.
- Support the readiness activities required ahead of the start-up of the project.
- These include the oversight over and coordination of the review process with relevant stakeholders for all readiness-related submissions, including maintenance and rehabilitation manuals, leading Operations & Maintenance related working groups, providing coordination and assistance with systems integration activities, and the project manages engineering projects in support of the works.
- The role will also participate in planning, prioritization, and risk management processes, and will prepare contractual correspondence, including responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Traffic Operations Managers plan, organize, oversee, coordinate, and review the work of staff performing difficult and complex professional, technical, and administrative support related to all programs and activities of traffic systems and infrastructures, including long
- and short-term project planning, design, construction, maintenance, operations, and other programs.
- Engage in project planning, installation, construction, maintenance, and repair of traffic and transportation systems, infrastructure, budget, and equipment. T
- he position further entails developing and standardizing procedures and methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services, projects, and activities, assessing and monitoring workload, administrative and support systems, and internal reporting relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommends to directors.
- Supervise program and project development for all traffic modes, neighborhood and arterial traffic operations, high collision analysis, traffic operations, investigation and implementation activities, and traffic project design delivery and perform forensic traffic engineering including standards compliance, traffic accident investigations and providing expert testimonials
