CRM - Tester

**Position Title**:CRM - Tester

**Location**: Doha, Qatar

**Job Purpose / Summary**

One of Qatar's leading banks is at the forefront of innovation, driving cutting-edge solutions in the financial sector. To support this vision, we are seeking a CRM Tester to join our IT team.

The CRM Tester will have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in testing and ensuring quality delivery of CRM modules. The role involves developing comprehensive test strategies, executing functional and integration tests, and ensuring high-quality solutions for CRM implementations.

**Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for Dynamics CRM CE implementations and updates.
- Conduct testing, analyze results, and submit observations to the development team.
- Collaborate with Techno-Functional Analysts to understand business requirements, translate them into test scenarios, and develop a Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Dynamics CRM CE solutions.
- Validate CRM workflows, customizations, plugins, and integrations.
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects to closure using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Retest resolved issues and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test scripts, results, and issue reports.
- Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and test deliverables.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Dynamics CRM using tools like Selenium, Power Automate, Leapwork, or others.

**Expected Hours of Work**:This is a full-time position.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies**

**Education**:

- Degree in Information Technology.
- Certification in any testing tool is preferred.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Dynamics CRM experience is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of multi-platform/multi-architecture app development.
- Knowledge of Microsoft TFS for bug reporting and version management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in software requirement reviews, test case preparation, test execution (including automation), defect reporting, and test reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective teamwork and coordination skills.
- Excellent complaint-handling abilities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills for business meetings.
