**Job Descriptions**:
We invite dedicated, passionate, creative, and committed individuals to join our team for the position of Executive Chef.To be committed to strategic objectives of Quality, Talent, Growth, and Value Creation.
KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the Culinary team and boosting employee morale
Liaise with the Hygiene Manager to maintain Hygiene and all certifications required by Qatar
Develop and nurture talent within the department
Lead in the preparation and management of the department’s budget
Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma and/or BA Business administration (preferred) or equivalent
Professional Qualification as an Executive Chef
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Gulf region
Experience working with multicultural teams
Computer proficiency
Attention to detail
