**Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and skilled individual to fill the role of Photographer/Videographer/Editor on a part-time basis for a 1-month contract. This dynamic position requires expertise in capturing high-quality photographs and videos, as well as proficiency in editing to produce visually compelling and engaging content. While this position is initially part-time, there is a possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Photography**:
1. Capture high-quality still photographs for various purposes, including marketing materials, events, and product shots.

2. Ensure proper lighting, composition, and framing to create visually appealing images.

3. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements.

**Videography**:
1. Record and edit professional-quality videos for a variety of purposes, such as promotional content, interviews, and events.

2. Operate and maintain video equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality.

3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.

**Editing**:
1. Edit and enhance both photographs and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

2. Ensure a cohesive and polished final product, maintaining the desired style and brand guidelines.

3. Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve projects.

**Equipment Management**:
1. Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of photography and videography equipment.

2. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend equipment upgrades when necessary.

**Project Management**:
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest level of quality.

2. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer/Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard photography and videography equipment.
- Expertise in editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in photography and videography.
