**Job Description**:

- Must be familiar with the entire life cycle of project delivery to include project planning, design, tender,

construction, operations, and decommissioning.
- Must also be cognizant of stakeholder, commercial, and programmatic requirements for delivering a

portfolio of projects.

**Qualifications**:
Degree in civil engineering
