Job description
The duties & responsibilities of the Procurement Officer estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases, create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers, make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment, maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data, review and, services, and supplies, negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, ensure that the products and supplies are high quality, maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development, work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed, liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations, evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria, preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions, preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements. monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns, Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings, analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records, complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Provide timely logístical related reports to CEO / Management and associated staff on a routine basis to include cost analysis, supply budgets/logistics Expenses, delivery time estimation, and supplier evaluations. maintain inventory, logistics freight, customs, and imports documentation & clearing. Develop Logistics Planning & implementing Tools Methodologies for effective execution of logistic operations. Checking and Preparing procurement documentation and on the proper use of all procurement. Work with the Production & Procurement team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks. Facilitate Team Meetings - speaking to product knowledge, incentives, and sales techniques.
