Digix is the suppliers of IT Infrastructure Brands & Products like Routers, Switches, Firewall, AP & Wireless Controller, Servers & Accessories, Network Storage, IP Phones & IP PBX, and Structured Cabling Products.
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Savvy Sales Coordinator

**Roles**
**Pre Sales & Post Sales**
- Preparing quotation based on the lead time and availability of the items
- Customer Communication and conversion of leads to business
- Scheduling the installations & updating the clients
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Post-delivery customer support

Internal**:*
- Coordinate with internal sales team by managing schedules, filing the documents
- Ensure the sufficient stock of the products based on the movements
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material and events

**Requirements**:

- Open availability:

- Monday through Saturday.
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Experience in dealing with the public.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
- 2Years of relevant / related experience preferred Good computer skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills.

**Skills and Specifications**
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.

Education
Degree or Diploma equivalent.
