Role Overview:
The draftsman is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software or traditional drafting tools. They work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to translate concepts and specifications into accurate drawings that can be used for construction or manufacturing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret architectural or engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications to create detailed technical drawings.

2. Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit) to produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings.

3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.

4. Incorporate design changes and revisions as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Create plans, elevations, sections, and details for various building components and systems.

6. Generate material lists, schedules, and other supplementary documentation as required.

7. Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

8. Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of design intent.

9. Maintain organized files and documentation for future reference and revisions.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, CAD software updates, and best practices in drafting and design.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CAD software and drafting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
