As Design Officer, you will be responsible to create and manage the production of layouts and 3D modelling and presentations for a wide variety of projects such as but not limited to Lounges Interior Design, Airport retail shops, and Check-in facilities.

You will draft and model, by using dedicated software, interior design projects and produce virtual reality high-quality still images for presentations of conceptual work.

You will also be responsible for developing design works related to existing and new developments. As well as archiving manufacturer catalogues samples and keep track of incoming/out coming documents related to design projects.

**Accountabilities**:

- Produce architectural plans and sketches using CAD software and 3D modelling
- Produce high level presentations with Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign with concept boards, renderings, materials and any other document needed to present a concept Interior Design or architectural project
- Keep record update and archive of samples and catalogues
- Work under the strategic direction of the Line Manager to produce high quality architectural and interior design artwork for the development of QR facilities such as Lounges and outstations
- Retouch rendering with Photoshop, pixel perfect for Print, Packaging
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with consultant and stakeholder in relation to the projects developed within Product Development Design - Lounges

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor’s level, preferred in Graphic Design or Interior Design or equivalent study
- Minimum 4 years of job related experience
- Experience within a Design company or Contractor, producing 3D visualization for luxury interior design projects
- Architectural and constructions experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, 3D software’s, Revit would be a plus
