Tendering Cordinator

We are looking for a Tender Coordinator to join our team with experience in Interior, Fit-Out or Construction industry experience in Qatar. You will be responsible for the conduct of administration, preparation and transmittal of tenders in an effective way and within guidelines and procedures. You are also expected to provide other functional administrative support as and when necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the effective handover of commercial matters from pre-contract to post contract phase of projects
- Liaison with proposals and business development team members to aid in the preparation of winning proposals
- Ensuring that necessary advice received in connection with tender preparation, including permits, insurance, contractual advice and treasury
- Ensuring Pre-Contract administration is in accordance with Company’s commercial policies and procedures
- Maintain and promote a safe working environment and demonstrate correct HSE behaviours and leadership
- Assisting in ensuring that the approval process is followed and that all necessary approvals are obtained
- Review tender & contract documentation, identify issues, risks and identify and promote suitable commercial strategies
- Attend client meetings for clarification and contract negotiations, as required
- Ensure rate build ups and prices included within the final tender submissions are accurate, complete and are prepared on time to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
- 4-5 Years of experience in Interior, Fit-out or similar environment
- Proficient in use of computers and standard MS Office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in similar environment
