Director of Human Resources

Director of Human Resources will manage Human Resource related activities including succession planning, talent management, recruitment, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations initiatives.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the effective management and performance of all Human Resources related activities. This includes talent management, succession planning, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and health and safety initiatives. Specifically, a Director of Human Resources will perform the following tasks to the highest standards;
- Responsible to oversee workforce of 1100 full time team members and 300 outsourced time team members from 60 plus different nationalities
- You will be leading Human Resource Department consists of 22 Team Members
- Responsible to Oversee worth of 20 Million USD Payroll expenses for Resort and Waterpark
- Responsible to prepare annual payroll budget and monthly payroll forecast, and day to day HR Admin affairs
- Responsible to lead the recruitment team to recruit around 400 Team members every year
- Responsible to lead the Employee relations activities to keep the team highly engaged, overseeing more than 25 Team Member clubs organizing various team activities in various fields.
- Responsible to lead the Government relations team to coordinate with local authorities for all government related tasks.
- Responsible to oversee the Team Transport services
- Responsible to lead the Housing Team to manage housing facilities for 1200 Team Members which is spread across 114,600 Sq meters with team facilities such as 05 Swimming pools, Sauna, Steam room, Gym, yoga room, TV room, indoor sports, Esports, Laundry, Clinic, Supermarket, Cricket ground, Volleyball ground, Basketball ground, football ground, Team Garden area, BBQ, Team Self cooking kitchen etc.,
- Responsible to oversee the 03 Team Member restaurants which serves 4500 Team Meals per day
- Build a strong career and succession planning system to retain and develop talent
- Implement training and development strategies to continuously improve performance and customer service
- Oversee the hotel's human resources database and payroll system
- Provide a framework for counseling, coaching, and welfare services
- Manage the Opinion Survey and the calendar of Team Member social events
- Manage and resolve, promptly and completely, all employee relations issues

- Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, in Human Resources or related field, required
- Previous human resources management experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector
- Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- A passion for leadership and the vision to create a winning team
