**QA/QC Manager**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **QA/QC Manager **to join our team In this role you will get to lead Quality Systems development and optimization, conduct audits, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with stakeholders, while bringing extensive QA/QC experience, project management proficiency, and the ability to inspire continuous improvement.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Provides leadership in Quality Systems utilizing the ISO 9001 Standard for process development, optimization, procedure development, data collection, reporting, and Quality Systems training. Interfaces with senior and executive levels regarding ISO 9000 process improvement and reengineering.
- Develops and maintains Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures, and related documents. Reviews Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, regulations, and commitments.
- Participates in Client pre-bid, bid, or contract planning and preparation.
- Plans and executes audit activities, including scheduling, planning, reporting, and resolution.
- Conducts Internal Quality Audits of assigned offices, projects, and jobsites, ensuring compliance with Parsons standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes and specifications. Audits cover various areas such as Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, etc.
- Facilitates internal and external Quality audits, briefing management on the results.
- Documents, follows up, and closes corrective actions, analyzing findings to determine program quality and identify performance trends. Analysis includes all available oversight results, both internal and external, and trending data.
- Handles qualification audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Ensures audited activities meet Parsons’ quality program and Client requirements.
- Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
- Promotes safety awareness and participates in safety field audits and assessments.
- Reviews documents from a quality perspective, approving if required.
- Collaborates with management on Quality activities with internal or external organizations.
- Performs other associated responsibilities as appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 15 years of QA/QC experience, including 10 years in quality management of construction related to large infrastructure projects.
- Extensive knowledge of QA/QC management practices, processes, and current technology.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software packages related to QA/QC.
- 5 years of experience in the Qatar/GCC region.
- Demonstrated previous PMCM experience.
- Proven experience in directing and implementing quality management systems and standards specified by ISO, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, and similar organizations.
- Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface effectively with diverse professionals.
