Lessons Learned and Risk Management Specialist

**About this role**
- Monitor and expedite the Lessons Learned activities of contractors, and coordinate the with the PMT to ensure that company’s objectives are implemented and met with regards to cost, schedule and quality;
- Review Lessons Learned reports, attends to Lessons learned meetings and maintain good communication with Contractors to highlight to management potential concerns and delays;
- Verify contractor’s performance to ensure their compliance with company’s requirements for risk management plans verifying that the COMPANY procedures are implemented;
- Review contractor’s risk management and issues management procedures and documents; participate in review of contractor’s compliance to COMPANY procedures, assisting contractor in resolving concerns and problems. Review and monitors prime contractors’ plans for compliance;
- Promote and steward the risk management activities within NFXP Offshore and ensure the results are communicated to EP&S and Senior Management;
- Ensures risk reviews are communicated to COMPANY MP risk group and follow up and close out all items raised as part of any review;
- Work with Management to ensure complianace with all Risk Management and Issues management procedures and attend meetings as needed to ensure all Project Management team members have given input to risk reviews and ensure all new risk/issue items are raised and communicated for review and consideration;
- Develop and steward Project Stewardship Transfer and Project Closeout Plans.

**What you need to bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree, diploma or certification and experience in a similar role;
- 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas with at least 5 years demonstrated risk management experience in major capital projects;
- Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry;
- Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds;
- Worldwide experience with contractors in particular those involved in the PMS and risk management activities for Offshore LNG production facilities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT;
- Mobility to other countries as required;
- Application and in depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
