**Lighting Design and Operation**:

- Program and operate stage lighting systems for live events, ensuring optimal visual effects.
- Design and implement lighting setups tailored to the theme and requirements of each event.
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot stage lighting equipment, including DMX controllers, moving heads, and LED fixtures.

**Audio-Visual Support**:

- Set up and operate basic audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, and mixers.
- Assist in video projection, screen setup, and basic video switching during events.
- Collaborate with AV teams to ensure seamless integration of lighting with audio and video systems.

**Event Preparation and Execution**:

- Collaborate with event planners, stage designers, and production teams to understand technical requirements.
- Conduct pre-event testing of lighting, audio, and video equipment to ensure functionality.
- Adjust and monitor lighting, audio, and video equipment during live performances to adapt to real-time needs.

**Maintenance and Inventory**:

- Regularly inspect and maintain lighting, audio, and video equipment to prevent technical failures.
- Keep an updated inventory of all equipment and report any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Implement proper cable management and safety protocols for equipment setup.

**Technical Innovation and Training**:

- Stay updated on new technologies in stage lighting and AV equipment.
- Provide basic training to team members on operating lighting and AV systems.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all equipment setups comply with safety standards and venue regulations.
- Perform risk assessments for event technical setups to mitigate potential hazards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**1. Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in programming and operating stage lighting systems (e.g., MA Lighting, ETC, or similar consoles).
- Basic knowledge of audio equipment operation and video systems for live events.

**2. Problem-Solving**:

- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues during events.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with production teams and event organizers.

**4. Multitasking**:

- Ability to handle multiple technical responsibilities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

**5. Flexibility**:

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours based on event schedules.

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in lighting design, audio-visual technology, or a related field.
- Experience with stage lighting programming and basic AV support (2-4 years preferred).
- Certifications in stage lighting or AV systems (e.g., DMX programming, Dante certification) are a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily event venues, theaters, or outdoor spaces.
- Physical work involving lifting and setting up equipment.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
