**Experience & Skills**:

- 10 years of experience in Refinery Operations with 8 years in a Senior Supervisory role in the RFCC unit.- High degree of skills in oral and written English
- Good management and motivational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Quick troubleshooting skills, decisiveness, sharp analytical and computer skills.
- Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with other departments in a professional manner.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Intensive knowledge of field activities,
- Should possess organizing abilities, presentation techniques

**Education**

Degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent Education.
