- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools to boost social media performance.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to improve content and engagement.
- Interact with followers and manage community engagement to foster a positive brand image.
- Create a content calendar and work within deadlines to maintain consistent posting schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Arabic speaker with a Qatari accent.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Age between 18 to 29 years old.
- Must have a sample social media page with a competitive level of engagement.
- Proven expertise in video editing and content creation (please provide a portfolio or samples).
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat).
- Ability to spot trends and leverage them to boost engagement and followers.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Must be located in Qatar.
- **Must have your own equipment** for video production and content creation.

**Payment Structure**:
Please include your expected pay rate, either on a per-day, per-month, or per-content basis.
