**Responsibilities**:

- Inborn Selling capability & interest
- Engineering Automation, Industrial Control Systems & SCADA Technical Solutions Interest
- Interest and passion to sell engineering Selling
- Must be residing in the GCC and capability to travel and explore client handling & learning
- Extraordinary Sales personnel with natural art of selling skills and above experience can also be preferred if they have less experience but above know how

Following are the key deliverables besides other deliverables as assigned by the management for the said role:

- Responsible for creating new contacts, leg work for new contracts, purchase orders, pre-qualifications and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Effectively do selling considering the market and competitor analysis and excel in sales targets.
- Efficient sales management for clients in Qatar and maintaining healthy customer relationships with them.
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities within midstream, downstream verticals in Qatar territory.
- Ensure all opportunities are identified, qualified, quoted and executed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities as well as creating the Company's brand awareness throughout Qatar.
- Would be able to verify solution design, costing & meet commercial proposal obligations through the proposal teams help.
- Take an active part in setting the annual growth targets and ensuring the achievement of it.
- Manage to ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of assigned KPIs and targets.
- Take initiative to work closely with clients on process automation products and other projects related to Avanceon's offering.

**Requirements & Qualification**:

- **Professional Qualification**:BS Engineering in any field, or with MBA or Equiv.
- ** Professional Experience**: 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Self-Starter
