We are seekng an experienced **Commercial Leasing Agent** to support our expanding portfolio in Qatar’s thriving business sector. Join us to play a vital role in securing and managing high-value commercial properties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their business space needs and guide them in choosing the most suitable properties.
- **Property Sourcing**: Actively search for commercial properties to expand the company’s portfolio.
- **Property Promotion**: Actively market available commercial properties, leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels.
- **Strategic Negotiation**: Negotiate lease terms effectively to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring compliance with Qatari laws and company standards.
- **Industry Expertise**: Stay updated on industry trends, local business developments, and the competitive landscape to provide expert advice.
- **Owner Collaboration**: Work closely with property owners to understand leasing priorities and tailor leasing strategies to meet their goals.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience (3+ years) in commercial property leasing or relevant real estate roles.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to assess market trends and adapt leasing strategies accordingly.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills to foster client and owner relationships.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is advantageous.
- **Certifications**: Valid real estate license and Qatari driving license are required.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- **Revenue Generation**: Meet or exceed leasing revenue targets for commercial properties.
- **Vacancy Rate**: Maintain low vacancy rates by efficiently filling available spaces.
- **Client Acquisition**: Increase the number of new business clients brought into the company.
- **Deal Closure Rate**: Achieve a high percentage of closed deals from client leads.
- **Customer Feedback**: Ensure positive client and owner feedback post-lease completion.
- **Daily Client Interaction**: Engage with a set number of potential and existing clients daily to nurture relationships and convert cold leads into prospects.
- **Property Sourcing Efficiency**: Source a target number of new commercial properties each month.
