Senior Hairstylist

Supervise the Team of Junior and Assistant Hairstylist
- Determine clients’ individual requirements by conferring with them in detail
- Provide information to clients regarding the type of hair style and treatment suitable for them
- Provide the following services:

- Hair Cut
- Blow Dry
- Hairdo
- Color
- Shatush
- Provide appropriate post-cutting guidelines
- Supervise the appropriate cleanliness of work areas
- Provide demonstrations to trainees
- Train newly hired hair stylists in a proactive manner
- Maintain appointment calendars and customer databases
- Promote and sell services and products, including recommending and selling additional services and/or retail products which will enhance and improve the guests’ image and/or contribute to the guest's satisfaction with services performed
- On going training of Junior and Assistant Hairstylist
- 5 years experience
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Highly articulate and able to communicate well with client
- Great customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Must be detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
- Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team Player
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
