Location: Qatar

Company Description: We are a prominent and highly reputable company specializing in real estate and facility management in Qatar. With a strong foothold in the market, we are committed to providing exceptional real estate solutions and ensuring efficient facility operations. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and contribute to our financial success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth and objectives.
- Oversee financial activities related to both real estate and facility management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Provide strategic guidance and financial insights to the executive team and board of directors.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive profitability.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, risk assessment, and capital allocation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Drive financial planning and analysis, including investment analysis, capital structure, and financial modeling.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate and facility management industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations in Qatar and expertise in real estate and facility management operations.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving financial goals.
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
