**About the role**

You will be assisting in the triage and health assessment of patients by conducting basic health checks and an extensive range of patient health assessments as part of the Group Medical team.

**Job responsibilities**
- Conduct basic health observations and assessments in collaboration with the Primary, Occupational & Aviation Health Practitioners (Nurses and/or Doctors) to ensure the highest standard of health service provision.
- Assist in arranging and managing appointments with administration colleagues to meet departmental operational requirements and Medical Certificates/Sick Leave validation for Cabin Crew with common uncomplicated diagnosis, being able to identify patients with abnormal parameters to the relevant clinical team.
- Maintain computer databases for tracing and monitoring results of Medical Assessments and other health services.
- Ensure that all medical equipment is well maintained/calibrated through periodic preventive maintenance checks and reporting.
- Perform basic clinical tests such as visual acuity, BMI (weight and height), Urine testing, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose etc. And pre-employment health screening to escalate abnormal to the relevant clinical team.
- Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.
- Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures regarding the use, processing, disclosure and security of any information (in any form).

Qualifications

**About you**

**Education and Experience**

**Without a Degree**:
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.

**With a Degree**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or any Allied Health Professional Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.

**Job Specific Skills**
- Command of English language
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Previous experience in Aviation or Occupational Setting along nursing or allied health qualification and experience is an advantage.
