Doha, Qatar NURSING CARE PLUS Full time

Supervises, directs, coordinates and monitors the operation of clinical and administrative issues in collaboration Director of Nursing.
- Assists in implementing and compliance of MOPH Standards, Policy and Procedures to all nursing units and give suggestions for improvement.
- Assumes the leadership role, accepts accountability, stands for Director of Nursing after hours and liaises with the team.
- Assist staff with clinical issues through the use of the nursing process and appropriately advises personnel in making good decisions.
- Acts as a resource person in areas of patient care and administration to resolve issues within a specific time frame.
- Responds to all emergency situations.
- Coordinates activities as outlined in the policy and procedures required by the situation.
- Participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs and share clinical and administrative knowledge with staff.
- Assists Nurses in the identification of staff requiring education and training to meet the established standards of work performance and best practice.
- Exercises good judgment and leadership skills at all times and fairness to all staff.
- Coordinates the management of patient care on all assigned shift.
- Demonstrates competencies in personnel supervision, use of available resources and redeployment of staff.
- Responds to situational opportunities and/or problems that occur in a timely manner and demonstrates the ability to maximize the opportunity or minimize the problem.
- Notifies outside agencies of patients with infection disease as required.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required preferred master’s in public health (MPH).
- License: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Qatar is a must.
- Experience: At least 5 years as a Nurse and 3 years' experience as Supervisor in a homecare setting

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
