Responsible for managing and processing reservations for a hotel, resort, car rental. The role involves interacting with customers, ensuring their reservations are made accurately, and providing a high level of customer service. Reservation agents may also be required to assist with inquiries, manage changes or cancellations, and process payments.
- **Reservation Management**: Accurately enter customer details into the reservation system, ensuring all information (e.g., dates, preferences, special requests) is recorded correctly.
- Provide customers with confirmation details for their bookings, including relevant policies, rates, and any additional information.
- offer alternative options if required and manage overbookings and cancellations.
- Collect payment or deposit details, process credit card transactions, and provide receipts.
- Address any issues or concerns related to reservations, including booking errors, cancellations, changes, or customer complaints, in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of communication with guests to ensure satisfaction and retention. Suggest upgrades or promotional offers when appropriate.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensure all reservations are logged accurately, and prepare daily reports on reservation status.
- Inform customers of ongoing promotions, package deals, or additional services (e.g., transportation, special events), with a focus on upselling when appropriate.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to enter and manage reservation information accurately to avoid errors.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency with reservation systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office or other software tools.
- Capacity to manage multiple reservations and customer interactions simultaneously, particularly in high-volume situations.
- Effective at handling time-sensitive reservations and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.

**Education & Experience**:

- **High School Diploma or Equivalent** required; **Bachelor's Degree** in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reservations-related role is an advantage.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work at a desk for extended periods.
- Ability to use a computer and phone throughout the shift.

**Willing to relocate: Sealine (Accommodation)**

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
