Develop and Implement Data governance principles, procedure, Standard for the upkeep of Data.

Liaise with various stake holders in the Company and international bodies to update the RDL and ARDL as per the

evolving requirement and in line with International and Industry standards.

Develop mechanisms, Procedures and Solutions to integrate and manage data that address the Data

acquisition/Ingestion and Submission.

Develop Asset Lifecyle based Data management procedures with clear definition of Roles and responsibilities.

Develop Company standard formats, fields for Tags, Registers, Lists, Document etc. along with the and meta data

Manage maintain and update Company RDL and ARDL in Master Project for all disciplines. Have experience and clear

in concepts of Data Class Libraries, Attribute definitions etc. necessary for keeping the data Library UpToDate.

Develop Association and Relationship between different Class definitions to maintain a well-knit integrated Data

model. Work with various system owners to develop Clear and consistent Hierarchy, Class, attribute etc. definitions,

Develop clear expectations, definitions of data that is being handed over by Contractors of Brown filed projects and

Green filed projects.

Act as the Gatekeeper for the data originating from multiple sources and ensure the Quality of data handed over is

meeting the Company standards.

Maintain the As-built Master Lists loaded into One.Pulse, AVEVA Engineering, AIM and make sure.

Definition of the Golden records and develop the workflows to manage and ensure the Timely update of the Data that is

owned by E&C. Monitoring and retrieval or of the golden records from other Company data sources and update E & C

maintained data sources.

Maintain the Master Tag Database and develop workflows and interfaces with other Company systems,

Maintain the Tagging standard and Tagging tools as per the evolution of Company requirements.

Administrate, manage, co-ordinate and follow-up with DCC or projects to clarify and resolve any issues.

Perform check and confirm all items in the report generated are in compliance with As-built status.

Integrate and Deliver data to other entities that manage Corporate Data.

Challenge the non-efficient Data management practices and alternatives Recommend, develop, and implement

improvements in the Data management that makes the process simple, efficient and of higher Quality.

Eliminate the silos in Data storage and promote an integrated environment where the data is acquired once and

consumed in all other places.

Maintenance of a Centralized Engineering database and Tag master list for the ALS field.

Manage the required database of AVEVA Net / AIM at Company HUB and Contractor locations as per Company

procedure. Manage data exchange between Company, EPC contractors, EPsCm contractors

AVEVA Net Setup Administration. Audit & Controls and performance of routine checks through verification and

project auditing. Customize reports from AIM to suite of software tools such as Line schedule, Equipment List, Valves list, Cable List,

SP Items list, LO/LC Register, Instrument index etc.

Integration of data with AVEVA E3D, Instrumentation and Electrical modules and Company managed Systems.

Develop or support the development of Standards, guidelines for the management of the tools.

Prepare and Export data for the interface and data population with other systems in other Departments and Digital Twin

Contribute to the development of the plans, schedules and estimates for the individual E&C project scopes

Develop Plan, Company standards, User guidelines for the management and handing over of data to AIM.

Regular integration data, 3D, Laser Scan, drawings from multiple projects in the Field wide Database.

Provide guidelines and specifications to setup the required systems at Contractors offices.

Ensure the data produced and maintained as per the Company procedure and ensure the requirements are followed so

that the data is consistent and easy to use.

Project setup, Coordination with various discipline engineers during detailed engineering and as-built digital

documentation to support Company’s plan of digital handover.Promote adoption of the usage of the tools and data by

emphasizing and establishing the Value gained in Digital way of working that relies on data..

Report to Lead on a weekly basis and when decisions impacting E&C activities must be taken.
