Architectural Illustrator

Key Accountabilities:

- Prepare and develop architectural drawings to meet the specifications of the projects, also to review the designs.
- Prepare plans, drawings, sketches, and models as required to support design and development proposals. Utilize industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or 3D modeling tools to enhance and refine illustrations.
- Carry out site inspections as required ensuring the effective production of plans, drawings, sketches, and models.
- Reproduce and distribute plans, drawings etc. as required.
- Maintain all necessary records relating to plans, drawings etc.
- Support the architectural teams in producing the sections.
- Assist the architects in any kind of architectural projects.
- Review or modify the plans according to the directions coming from the architect.
- Work with special computer programs, such as: AutoCAD, Corel Draw, or databases for the projects, to see or to check how the project evolved, and to see if they can undo something that does not seem to go in the right direction.
- Support and help the architects they work with in finding the best solutions for complex technical problems and for complex challenges coming from the environment where the project takes place.
- Survey, measure and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries and to provide information for conservation projects.
- Inspect properties on a regular basis to determine the need for alterations and repairs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
A relevant technical qualification.

At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in the field of engineering and building maintenance.

Analytical skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good English.

Perfect in Working with special computer programs Auto CAD (2&3 D), 3D Max, Sketch up.
