**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
Assist in the process of overseeing the creation, development and execution of standards, procedures and financial systems are fulfilled as per policies, procedures and legislation. Produce reports and analysis findings in an accurate, timely manner.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:
1. Assist with the preparation of data for areas within finance function to enable analysis to be undertaken to establish good working practice and/or highlighting any area of concern

2. Interrogate finance system to highlight areas of concern or compliance

3. Produce the required Management reports are per timetable and ensure accuracy. Investigate any discrepancies investigate and discuss cause with related Management

4. Input accurate data into finance system to ensure accurate reports generated

5. Undertake admin duties such as coping filing and data input

6. Liaise with team members, internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved in a timely manner. Liaise with manager on any issues or concerns with the documentation to be processed.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:
1. Degree qualified in a recognised accounting qualification

2. 3+ years practical experience within a Finance environment

3. Proficient in using SAP or a similar finance package

4. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
