We are seeking professionals who:

- Are reflective practitioners committed to continued professional growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the development of the curriculum
- Provide classroom experiences centred around challenge and enjoyment for all students
- Have knowledge and experience of using innovative pedagogical approaches within the classroom, including the use of technology
- Can demonstrate knowledge or experience of teaching EAL students
- Are skilled in the use of both formative and summative assessment approaches
- Can critically analyse the progress, intervention and achievement for all children

We are seeking a Primary teacher who is able to:

- Demonstrate a proficient understanding of how to meet the needs of young learners, through crafting progressive learning experiences
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of using innovative pedagogical approaches within planning and teaching and learning
- Use assessment data to plan sequenced and differentiated learning opportunities to meet the varying needs of the pupils
- Provide language rich learning environments to ensure rapid English language acquisition for bi and multi-lingual learners (BML)
- Use knowledge of the 2014 National Curriculum or concept-based approaches to the curriculum to provide relevant and challenging experiences for pupils
- Maintain accurate formative and summative assessment records
- Provide critical analysis of the progress, intervention, and achievement for all children
- Engage teaching assistants in the observation and teaching process, ensuring both quality of input to children and accurate recording of achievement throughout
- Actively participate in and offer areas of staff CPD
