**Job Title: Waiter**

**Location**: Al Rayan / Bin Omran, Qatar

**Working Hours**: 9 hours perday

We are a premium chocolate café seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter to join our team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a luxurious environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, especially specialty items, and make recommendations.
- Ensure the café is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and patience.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurately delivered.
- Process payments and manage billing as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Waiter in Qatar.
- Must possess a transferable visa and valid QID/NOC.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Availability**:

- Must be ready to join immediately.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,100.00 per month
