**Position Summary**:
The Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technician with CNC, Aluminum, Carpentry, and PVC Machinery Experience is a key member of the maintenance team responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of various types of machinery within a manufacturing or industrial environment. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, as well as other types of machinery, including aluminum, carpentry, and PVC machines, to minimize downtime and optimize production.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on CNC machines and other types of machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems, to identify potential issues and ensure reliable operation.

2. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on CNC machines and general machinery, using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and schematics to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.

3. Repair or replace defective components, parts, or systems on CNC machines and general

machinery, such as motors, drives, gears, belts, bearings, and pneumatic or hydraulic systems, to restore functionality.

4. Perform mechanical adjustments, alignments, and lubrication tasks on CNC machines and general machinery to maintain proper operation and extend equipment lifespan.

5. Test and calibrate machinery to ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with specifications and quality standards.

6. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and production personnel to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize repairs based on production needs and

equipment criticality.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when working on machinery, including lockout/tagout procedures, machine guarding, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.

8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, spare parts inventory, and equipment histories.

9. Provide training and support to other maintenance personnel on machinery operation,

maintenance procedures, and safety practices.

10. Stay updated on advancements in CNC technology, machinery, tools, and maintenance practices through continuous learning and professional development activities.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electrical or mechanical

maintenance preferred.

2. Proven experience as a maintenance technician with expertise in repairing and maintaining CNC machines and general machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

3. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, including CNC machine control systems, motor drives, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and general machinery components.

4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for CNC machines and general machinery.

5. Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, precision measurement instruments, and hand/power tools.

6. Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and practices to ensure machinery reliability and performance.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving machinery issues.

8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

9. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed to respond to maintenance

emergencies or production demands.

10. Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 per month
