We are looking for a **SALES EXECUTIVE**, have minimum 5 to 7-year experience as Sales Executive in Interior Decoration Business or Interior Building Materials & Furniture companies, holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field. Have Qatar ID and able to provide NOC to join our company located at Doha, Qatar.

**Summary**:
The Sales Executive is at the heart of our customers' experience. Genuinely warm and naturally driven, you are a fan of everything we sell. That enthusiasm brings a level of excitement to our stores that makes shopping fun and keeps customers coming back. Under the direction and mentorship of the Showroom Manager, the goal of your day is to reach daily sales targets, becoming an expert on our products, answering customers' questions and keeping the sales floor neat and welcoming.

The Sales Executive should also possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in customer service or retail.

**Functions**:
Your duties will consist of but not limited to:
1. Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service, in order to deliver an engaging experience to every customer, every time.

2. Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork.

3. Ensure full understanding of all products and have a continued awareness of the most current information available.

5. Maintain an awareness of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.

6. Maintain sales floor coverage and follow posted schedules with regard to area assignments.

7. Maintain the store counters and assist with store maintenance as directed by the management team.

8. Maintain all store displays and uprights/shelves in between customer interactions.

9. Actively engage customers and remain attentive to customer needs.

10. Assist customers with product selections and process all customer orders or returns.

11. Follow up on the orders of your customers and ensure that they have been placed.

12. Update notes on customer sales to keep sales team members informed, as needed.

13. Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication.

14. Communicate customer feedback to store management team concerning policies and/or product requests, problems and suggestions.

15. Actively participate in store meetings and training sessions.

16. Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.

17. Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the Showroom Manager.

18. Collect pending payments from customers and expedite pending deliveries.

19. Maintain an awareness of all available resources for training and development.

20. Support all efforts and initiatives across all business channels in an effort to maximize company sales growth and profitability.

21. Maintain awareness and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of computers, systems and programs relevant to the position.

22. Participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems.

23. Make sure you are on time and present in the showroom.

24. Maintain a courteous attitude when communicating with superiors or co-workers.

25. Make sure that you do not disclose or transmit any confidential or trade secret information, or proprietary information, about the company and its subsidiaries, or about the company owners, including their names, occupations and contact information to any third parties.

26. Read and understand the memos, company policies, benefits program, and the rules governing the daily conduct of employees as well as the responsibilities, and comply with these guidelines throughout your employment with the company.

27. Report to your superior of any violation occurring in the showroom so that an appropriate disciplinary action can be taken.

**Skills**:
1. Customer service or retail experience.

4. Desire to read articles from the world of decoration.

5. Knowing the color trends for each year.

6. A positive, confident, and determined approach.

7. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.

8. A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.

9. The skills to work both independently & as part of a team.

10. The capability to flourish in a competitive environment.

11. A good level of numeracy.

12. Computer Knowledge.

13. Up-selling skills.
