Refilling Technician

We have an urgent requirement of Refilling Technician Supervisor
- should be available in Qatar with valid QID and transferrable VISA / NOC.

1. Oversee and lead the refilling station team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. Set clear performance expectations, provide guidance, and facilitate ongoing training to uphold high standards of service and productivity.

2. Manage the scheduling and assignment of all incoming gas cylinders. Track and evaluate team performance, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation related to cylinder handling, assignments, and tracking.

3. Supervise inventory control activities, including ordering gas supplies, spare parts, and other necessary materials. Conduct regular inventory audits, prepare inventory reports, and manage stock levels to meet operational needs while minimizing waste or shortages.

4. Track sales figures and control expenses to ensure the station’s profitability. Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization, implementing strategies that drive higher profitability.

5. Ensure all activities at the refilling station comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain a safe working environment by promoting adherence to established safety practices and conducting regular inspections.

6. Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently. Provide clear information about services, ensuring a positive customer experience and strengthening client relationships.

7. Oversee routine maintenance and timely repairs on all station equipment, including the refilling machine, air compressor, forklift, and other essential tools. Schedule regular inspections to confirm operational efficiency and address issues promptly.

8. Possess basic troubleshooting knowledge for electrical and mechanical devices to diagnose minor equipment issues quickly, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

9. Familiarity with basic computer functions and proficiency in Excel are preferred for documentation, reporting, and tracking purposes.

10. Operating a forklift or possessing the ability to drive one is an advantage, enhancing the ability to manage and organize inventory effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in refilling station or gas supply management

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
