Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals, objectives, and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Event Production: Lead the production process from conception to completion, including conceptualizing event layouts, technical requirements, and resource needs. Coordinate with design, production, and technical teams to ensure the event's visual and logístical elements align with the client's vision.

Technical Management: Oversee all technical aspects of the event, including audio-visual equipment, lighting, staging, and other technical installations. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless execution and troubleshoot any technical challenges that may arise.

Supplier Coordination: Identify, source, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors required for the event. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor deliverables, and ensure timely and quality service delivery.

On-Site Management: Take charge of on-site event management, ensuring all installations and arrangements are executed according to plan. Effectively manage event-day logistics, address last-minute changes, and handle unforeseen challenges with poise and professionalism.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and support staff. Provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative atmosphere to ensure a cohesive and successful event execution.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage costs throughout the event lifecycle. Provide regular budget updates to clients and stakeholders.

Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with client and agency, keeping them informed of project progress, potential issues, and solutions. Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to QAR10,000.00 per month
