**Job Title**:Graphic Designer**

**Job Role**:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning and effective designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. Your creative flair, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software will be essential in producing designs that elevate our visual communication strategies.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Project Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to understand marketing campaign objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners for campaign success.

**2. Design Creation and Implementation**:

- Design visually compelling graphics for digital platforms and print materials.
- Develop illustrations and infographics for clear medical communication.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and industry standards.

**3. Professional Development and Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated on design trends and software advancements.

**4. Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality.

**Skills and Abilities**
- **Conceptualizing and Designing**:Developing creative concepts and visual designs for various projects, such as advertisements, logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, packaging, and more.
- **Understanding Requirements**:Collaborating with HBG to understand design needs and objectives.
- **Creating Visual Content**:Producing high-quality visual content that aligns with the project's goals and target audience.
- **Creative Ideation**:Brainstorming and contributing innovative design ideas and solutions for social media marketing campaigns.
- **Image Selection**: Selecting and editing suitable images and graphics which are ideal to the design and message.
- **Color and Typography**: Choosing appropriate color schemes and typography to enhance the visual appeal and readability of the designs.
- **Visual Branding**: Ensuring consistency in visual branding elements across different materials and platforms.
- **Visual Communication**: Using design elements to convey complex ideas and messages in a clear and visually appealing manner.
- **Visual Trends and Best Practices**: Staying updated with current design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- **Logo Design**: Creating logos that represent the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- **Print Design**: Developing print materials, such as company IDs, flyers, business cards, and banners.
- **Web Design**: Designing user-friendly and visually appealing websites, ensuring the designs are responsive and accessible.
- **Print Production**: Preparing design files for print production, ensuring accuracy and meeting printer specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with other team members, such as copywriters, marketers, and web developers, to bring design concepts to life.
- **Project Management**: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- **Portfolio Management**:Maintaining an updated and well-organized portfolio showcasing the designer's work.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designing, Marketing Management, Multimedia and Communication or any related field.

**Work Experience**
- Minimum 2 -3 years of Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Fluency in Spoken and Written English is required
- Arabic knowledge will be an advantage

**Generic**
- QID with a valid NOC
- Immediately available to join
