Ø Maintain and ensure Food Safety Management System of the company is properly implemented.

Ø Monitor control measures and CCP’s (receiving temperature, chill/cooking/hot holding temperature, ppm concentration for sanitizing ffv & food contact surfaces, pH concentration), conduct corrective action and report observed deviation.

Ø Monitor/record temperature data for receiving, storage, production and delivery.

Ø Monitor proper sanitation procedure in fruits and vegetables.

Ø Keep food samples and label accordingly.

Ø Design and ensure FIFO is implemented in storage and no expired products are served or kept in the storage area.

Ø Check personal hygiene of employees.

Ø Conduct food safety trainings, (Induction and Basic Food Hygiene
- for all staffs, Intermediate Food Safety for chefs and supervisors).

Ø Prepare and conduct daily toolbox talks before starting shifts to enhance and raise awareness to staffs with regards to safety and relevant issues from the previous day.

Ø Supervise and ensures that standard procedures are followed from receiving of materials up to the end of production eliminating possibilities of contamination and foodborne illnesses.

Ø Plan and design plant layout (linear flow) avoiding cross contamination.

Ø Assess equipment for worn out and usability.

Ø Inspect cleaning effectiveness on surroundings and equipment, conduct swab testing on food contact surfaces and food handler’s hand.

Ø Responsible for evaluating type of cleaning chemicals and materials. Prepare concentration requirements to ensure that target organisms are properly treated at effective level.

Ø Document, record and maintain medical requirements for staffs. Ensure that first aid kit is kept and with complete materials on required areas.

Ø Maintain and ensure training matrix are followed. Document and keep records of staff trainings.

Ø Walkthrough with auditors and inspectors on site visits and provide comprehensive reports and action plans whenever concerns are raised.

Responsible for the Integrated Pest Management System (IPMS) in the site.

Qualification:
Should have atleast 5 years experience in the same field.

Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related field

With Food Safety Trainings:
Level 4 HACCP

Level 4 Food Safety Management Sytem

ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 background/working knowledge

**Skills**:Intermediate in MS Office

Soft Skills

Communication skills (English)

Ability to commute/relocate:
