Position Summary:
The Tea Boy with Driving License plays a crucial role in providing refreshments and support services within the workplace while also possessing the ability to assist with driving duties as required. This position requires a combination of hospitality, organization, and driving skills to ensure smooth operations within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Refreshment Service**:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to employees, guests, and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry or refreshment area.
- Monitor and replenish beverage and snack supplies as needed.
- **Hospitality**:

- Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in organizing meetings and events by setting up refreshment areas and arranging seating if necessary.
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- **Office Support**:

- Assist in basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and distributing mail.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, informing relevant personnel when supplies are running low.
- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean and tidy.
- **Driving Duties**:

- Transport employees, guests, and company materials to designated locations as assigned.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle assigned for transportation purposes.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or issues promptly to the appropriate authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Qatari driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
