**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect furniture surfaces and identify imperfections and defects
- Prepare the surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming
- Select and mix paint and other finishes to achieve desired colors and textures
- Ensure that the finished product meets quality standards and specifications
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in furniture painting
- Available to join immediately
- Must have valid QID / transferable work visa
- Knowledge of different types of wood and paint materials
- Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes
- Proficiency in using a variety of painting tools and equipment, including brushes, spray guns, and rollers
- Attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols for working with paints and chemicals
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the furniture painting industry.
