- **Concept Development**: Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project requirements. Transform abstract ideas into visually engaging designs.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all design projects. Ensure all design work adheres to established brand standards and guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
- **Feedback Integration**: Revise designs based on feedback from the marketing team. Make adjustments and improvements to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- **Technical Execution**: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other tools to execute design projects. Ensure final outputs are prepared accurately for both digital and print formats.
- **Quality Assurance**: Proofread and review designs to ensure accuracy and consistency. Verify that all design elements are correctly formatted and meet quality standards before final delivery.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Video editing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and Video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work and proficiency in design principles and techniques.
- **Skills**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3D knowledge will be an advantage.), with additional skills in motion graphics or video editing being a plus. Familiarity with web design and UX principles is advantageous.
- **Creativity**: Demonstrated creativity and the ability to generate innovative design ideas and solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail with the ability to produce polished and accurate designs.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- **Time Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with animation or motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Understanding of print production processes and specifications.
- We are looking for an Arabic-speaking with strong writing skills.
