**Job Overview**:
As a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of BIM processes and technologies within the organization. Your role involves assisting with BIM project coordination, model management, and quality control to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of BIM-enabled projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Project Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating BIM projects by facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings, clash detection sessions, and model reviews to identify and resolve conflicts or discrepancies in BIM models and data.
- Track and manage project-specific BIM deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure project requirements are met and schedules are maintained.
- **Model Management and Maintenance**:

- Support the development, management, and maintenance of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, including architectural, structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and other disciplines.
- Collaborate with BIM users to incorporate design changes, updates, and revisions into BIM models and maintain accurate documentation of model history.
- **Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIM models, data, and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements to enhance the quality and reliability of BIM models and information.
- **BIM Software Support**:

- Troubleshoot software issues, resolve user inquiries, and provide training and guidance on BIM best practices and methodologies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation, records, and reports related to BIM coordination activities, model management, and project progress.
- Assist in the preparation of BIM deliverables, presentations, and documentation for client meetings, reviews, and submissions.

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc. **Architectural or Civil** Engineering
- **8** years of Experience in the field of BIM - at least one year in BIM Coordination
- Industry knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines.
- **Autodesk Revit**. (Advanced User)
- Essential **Revit Add-ins**.
- Navisworks. (Intermediate User) Coordination Mainly
