**Responsibilities**Craft individualised learning journeys**:

- **Design, advise on and implement differentiated instruction customised to each SEND student's unique needs and strengths.**Embrace research and innovative solutions**:

- **Utilise a variety of teaching methods, assistive technologies, and collaborative strategies to engage students and optimise learning.**:

- **Engage in research and PD to best position you to support SEND learners.**Foster a nurturing environment**:

**Requirements**:

- ** Qualified teacher with experience in SEND education (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa)**

- ** Strong foundation in differentiated teaching strategies and interventions**
- ** Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills**
