**1. Sales and Business Development**:

**2. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure product satisfaction and foster repeat business.

**3. Territory Management**:

- Plan and execute daily sales activities, including visits to clients and potential clients.
- Cover the designated sales territory efficiently, ensuring maximum client coverage.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends within the territory.

**4. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

**5. Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate to customers.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**6. Promotional Activities**:

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase products and attract potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

**7. Financial Responsibility**:

- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses efficiently.

**8. Innovation and Improvement**:

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and techniques.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

**Experience**:

- Sales: 4 years (preferred)
