**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MEP draftsman in the construction industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar programs.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards related to MEP design and construction.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed drawings and plans for MEP systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, and plumbing systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Work closely with MEP engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Interpret and translate engineering sketches, rough drawings, and specifications into detailed MEP drawings and schematics.
- Ensure that MEP drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural plans to ensure compatibility and avoid conflicts.
- Perform calculations and estimations related to MEP systems, such as load calculations, pipe sizing, and voltage drop calculations.
- Review and revise MEP drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and clients.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain technical information and specifications for MEP components and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs, schedules, and cost estimates for MEP systems.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with project team members to resolve issues and address design changes.
- Stay updated on advancements in MEP design and drafting techniques, software tools, and industry best practices

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
