**Operations Coordinator**
We are looking for a reliable and organized FEMALE Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities. In this position, you will contribute in an administrative capacity by assisting our teams on projects, supporting human resources, organizing company events and arranging employee training sessions.
An Operations Coordinator’s responsibilities include helping their organization run smoothly and ensuring that deadlines, plans for events or anything related gets accomplished on time with no issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment
- Coordinating the proper allocation of human resources.
- Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Managing budgets and preparing financial reports for senior management.
- Planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
- Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
**Requirements**:
- Has experience working with Shopify (preferred).
- Has basic programming skills.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Experience in office management or an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
**Salary**: From QAR3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
- Arabic and English (required)
