**Restaurant Supervisor | Qatar | 5 Star Hotel**:
Looking for experienced **RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR** to join the F&B team of this amazing 5 star hotel, located in Doha, Qatar.

**Experience and other requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience as Restaurant Supervisor - casual upmarket dining, fine dining or a luxury hotel
- Hospitality qualification will be an advantage
- Great managerial skills
- Fluent English and exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Passport valid for at least 18 months
- Clean medical and criminal record

**Salary package**:

- Basic salary QAR 3000 - 3500
- Accommodation
- Transport to and from work
- Annual paid leave
- Medical insurance
- Visa and flight to Qatar
- Return flight home on completion of every contract.

**Head Mixologist | Doha - Qatar | 5 Star Luxury Hotel Brand**:
We are looking for experienced **HEAD MIXOLOGIST** to join the team of a well-known, 5 star hotel brand located in Doha, Qatar.

As a Head Mixologist, your creative flair and passion for beverage will lead your Bar team to superior beverage experiences to our guests
- You will have excellent working knowledge of all products served in the bar
- You will ensure that all details of service are performed by the bartenders to expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service in line with company’s standards
- You will train bartenders and service team to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels are to standard
- Contribute to shift briefings as required as well as lead staff training sessions for all beverage products
- Complete product requisitions accurately and maintain bar beverage inventory control
- You will ensure all bartender checks are closed and guest billing is accurate
- Ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending of drinks in line with the company’s standards
- Monitor bar opening and closing duties and completed daily to standard by bartenders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent work ethic with a high degree of responsibility
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships.

**Skills and Experience needed**:

- At least 3 years bartending experience in a luxury establishment
- Experience as Supervisor in a high end bar with the highest levels of service
- Bartender qualification and additional trainings will be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills

**Salary package**:
